IGATE call letter delay

I have just graduated from Mumbai university with a 73%(second rank in my college). Earlier in Feb, i recieved my offer letter from the then iGATE-PATNI. now I am idle an am ready to work, but the problem is I havent received my call letter yet. I sent an email to them stating the same but havent received a reply yet... I hope the call letters are sent sooner... Also ive heard that last year a lot of the freshers were eliminated during their training, i would like to know why is it so severe, after all we worked very hard to get through the interview sessions...

sir, i have got placed in our company during the recruitment held on DEC 2011 in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.. and i received the offer letter by Feb month.. But still i didn't received My Call letter.. So plz do reply when will i be getting the call letter,,,
